IDK BEACHWEAR is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In such cases, customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with their local postal service.

Expedited shipping is not available for weekend delivery.

Cancellation and Refund Policy IDK BEACHWEAR
At IDK BEACHWEAR, we are committed to providing you with quality swimwear and a smooth shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase by contacting us at idkbeachwear@gmail.com . Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
After Shipment:
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return policy instead.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item:
Is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Has all original tags and hygiene liners attached
Is returned within 7 days of delivery
Please contact us at idkbeachwear@gmail.com before sending any return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Custom or pre-order items
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund within 30 business days.
